How much would it cost to __________?
Answer: I don’t know.
But wait—don’t close this tab yet!
Think of video creation like planning a vacation. Some trips are simple—a weekend getaway with a backpack and a good pair of shoes. Others are more elaborate, requiring first-class flights, a travel guide, and a detailed itinerary.
In the same way, one video project might only need a few hours of editing, while another could call for a full crew, weeks of filming, and a month of post-production. That’s why I can’t give you a one-size-fits-all price upfront—it all depends on where we’re going and how luxurious the trip needs to be.
To help, I’ve put together a ballpark pricing guide below. It’s not a crystal-clear itinerary, but it’ll give you an idea of what to pack (budget-wise). And who knows? Maybe my estimate might be more of a budget-friendly road trip than a private jet charter after all!
Let’s chat—I’d love to help you prepare us for a great trip ahead.
